Pickup point selection for Shopify, on any plan

Let customers choose a parcel shop or parcel locker from 20 networks in 28 countries, with a map, address search and the nearest points ranked by distance.

All plans. Selection inside checkout requires the Full Shopify Plus plan and a Shopify Plus store.

What it does

Most European shoppers expect to choose where their parcel waits for them. Shipdock puts that choice in your Shopify store without custom development: the customer sees the nearest parcel shops and parcel lockers for the courier they selected, picks one, and the choice is saved to the order and sent to the courier with the shipment.

Pickup point databases for 20 networks are synced automatically, hourly for the major networks and daily for most others, so closed branches disappear and new lockers appear without any work on your side.

How it works

  1. 1Customer reaches the pickup point pickerIn checkout, on the Thank-you page or through a nearest-point shipping rate.
  2. 2They pick from the list or mapNearest points first, with distance, address and opening hours.
  3. 3The choice lands on the orderSaved to the Shopify order and passed to the courier with the shipment.

What you get

Several places to choose

Inside checkout on Shopify Plus, on the Thank-you and Order-status page on every other plan or as nearest-point shipping rates.

Map and list

A scrollable list with courier logos, up to 40 points per search, and a Google map with markers and a detail popover showing address and opening hours. The map uses your own Google Maps key.

Search by address

Customers search by address, city or postcode. Results are geocoded and sorted by distance, within a radius of about 30 km.

Filter what you offer

For Packeta and other multi-network couriers you can switch whole sub-networks on or off per country, for example hide parcel lockers or a partner network.

Nothing gets lost

The selected point is written to order attributes and a metafield (id, name, address, courier), so it is visible in the Shopify order and available in CSV exports.

Reminder if they forget

The order is tagged Unselected and about five minutes later the customer gets an email with a link to choose the point. You can also assign the nearest point in one click.

Change the point after orderingNew

You can let customers change their pickup point for 5 to 1440 minutes after ordering, on the Thank-you and Order-status page. The change locks when the window ends, once a label is created, or when the order is fulfilled or cancelled. The option is off by default.

Questions merchants ask

No. Selection inside checkout needs Shopify Plus, but on every other plan customers pick on the Thank-you and Order-status page, or through nearest-point shipping rates in checkout.
