Pickup point reminder emails for Shopify orders

A visual editor, your own sending domain and a reminder that brings customers back to choose where their parcel should wait.

All plans. A custom sending domain needs Full or Full Shopify Plus.

What it does

On plans where the customer picks a point after checkout, some of them simply do not. Those orders sit in the warehouse and become a support ticket. One reminder email with a link back to the selection clears most of them.

The email is edited visually, has its own texts for each store language and can be sent from your own domain.

How it works

  1. 1Order has no pickup pointThe order is tagged Unselected right after checkout.
  2. 2Reminder goes outWith your sender name and reply-to address, in the language of the order.
  3. 3Customer picks the pointThe selection lands on the order and the label can be created.

What you get
