You can change how a single order ships before you create its label. Move it between home delivery and a pickup point, or send it with another carrier and service. The change applies only to that order and overrides what the shipping rate set, so your other orders keep their mapping.
Switching to delivery to an address lets you choose the carrier, the service and the extra services for this order. Switching to a pickup point lets you change the point or select one, including a point of another carrier. A pickup point you select later always wins over an earlier switch to home delivery.
Saving the change clears a saved customs declaration, because it was built for the previous carrier. Fill it in again before you create the label if the order needs one.
