ShipDock now adds three triggers to Shopify Flow. Pickup point selected starts whenever a pickup point or parcel locker is saved to an order, wherever it was chosen: in checkout, on the Thank you or Order status page, in the app or with the order itself. Pickup point removed starts when you remove the point from an order in the app. COD marked as paid starts when ShipDock marks a cash on delivery order as paid after the carrier reports delivery.
Each trigger gives the whole order plus ShipDock data: the pickup point ID, name, carrier and full address with country, where it was selected, or the tracking number, COD amount and currency. Use them to tag orders, email your warehouse or accounting, or write a metafield for another app.
There is nothing to switch on in ShipDock; the triggers are available on paid plans (Lite and higher). COD marked as paid follows the automatic mark as paid setting, which is on the Full plan.
