Shopify is moving shipping settings into Markets. On a store with market-driven shipping, ShipDock rates (CCS - Dynamic Rates and CCS - Nearest Pickup Points) show in checkout only in markets where the ShipDock shipping option is active.
The new Markets card lists your markets, drafts included, with their status: Shipdock rates, No Shipdock rates, or action required when a carrier with CCS rates needs the market. It also shows inherited shipping and missing locations.
Click Activate next to a market, check the locations you ship from and confirm. ShipDock adds the option "Rates provided by the Shipdock app" to that market in Shopify, where you can edit or remove it later. Nothing changes automatically. The carrier page shows the same check under Choose integration, with Activate or Skip.
What's included
- For stores with Shopify market-driven shipping and CCS active
- Statuses: Shipdock rates, No Shipdock rates, action required (a carrier with CCS rates needs the market), Draft, Shipping off in the market
- Activate dialog: why the market needs the rates (carrier, service, countries) and the locations to ship from, with every active online-fulfilling location preselected
- Adds only missing locations when the option already exists
- Draft markets included, so rates are ready before the market goes live
- Carrier page: markets missing the rates for the countries you set, with Activate or Skip
