Shopify shows ShipDock rates (CCS - Dynamic Rates and CCS - Nearest Pickup Points) only in shipping zones that offer "Shipdock - Shipping rates". The new Shipping zones card lists your zones with their status, so you see at a glance where customers would get no ShipDock rates.
A zone without the rates is marked as action required when a carrier with CCS rates needs it, with the carrier, service and countries. Click Add rates to add ShipDock to that zone in Shopify. When every zone is set, the list collapses.
