With CCS - Dynamic Rates each country on the Pickup points tab could have only one rate. If you wanted a separate cash on delivery option for pickup points, you had to fall back to manual rates in Shopify.
Now you can click Add shipping rate under any country on the Pickup points tab, the same as on the Home delivery tab. Each rate has its own shipping name, description and pricing rules, and checkout shows all of them.
The typical setup is a normal pickup point rate and a more expensive one with a cash on delivery keyword in its name. Turn on the COD availability rule in Settings → Cash on Delivery and COD is offered only with that rate. The customer picks the pickup point in the widget with either rate, and ShipDock assigns orders from both to the carrier.
